Agokpame, Togo
Distribution of school kits to the village schools in Agokpame, in the remote maritime region of Aneho, Togo.
Always with the aim of supporting education and promoting excellence in rural areas while helping vulnerable children, we made the trip to Aného in the village of Agokpamé to offer school kits to the children. We would like to thank the Minister of Primary, Secondary and Technical Education for his professionalism, the Regional Directorate of Maritime Education, the IEPP Lac-Est and the entire Corps of Teachers for their diligence, availability and professionalism.
Activities: Team Cardey travels far to reach this remote village and plant a seed of hope and encouragement for the students. Edem’s team taught the school children discipline and the traditional call of the warrior spirit “Ziebeo, Ziebeo”. The students of today will grow up and help the students of tomorrow to build better schools. Next time it might not be just school supplies but, computers, desks, and better school buildings. He explains the respect they have to show for their principal and that he is the school’s father. Altogether to build a powerful relationship that will propel the school forward in the future.
